04 Registration & Account Management

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on 1mslot at any time. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or winings associated with them may be voided at 1mslot's sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 1mslot immediately via our support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 1mslot will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate Account security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

10 Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 1mslot will process any eligible Real Money Balance remaining in your Account to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by 1mslot

1mslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by 1mslot — all rights granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately. Access to the Platform will be revoked. Where termination is initiated by 1mslot due to a breach of this Agreement, 1mslot may withold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1mslot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

1mslot's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property
